Rating on an annual basis and is backed by the Ontario New Home Warranty Program which warrants that:
  • The home is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of closing.
  • The home is free from defects in material and workmanship on heating, electrical, plumbing, exterior cladding, windows and doors and the basement is free of water penetration for two (2) years from the date of closing.
  • The home is further warranted against major structural defects for a period of seven (7) years from the date of closing.
